1. Parties to This Agreement

This Free Trial Service Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Webstreet Solutions, with principal office at Kasambagan, Cebu City, Philippines ("Service Provider"), and the undersigned individual or business entity ("Client").

2. Free Trial Period

The Service Provider agrees to provide the selected plan's services to the Client at no charge for a period of one hundred fifty (150) calendar days ("Trial Period"), commencing from the date the Client's website is launched ("Launch Date"). No payment, credit card, or billing information is required to commence or complete the trial.

3. Services Included During Trial

During the Trial Period, the Client shall receive all services included in their chosen plan, including but not limited to custom website design and development, domain name registration, company email setup, website hosting, SSL certificate, mobile-responsive design, and routine content updates as described for their selected plan.

4. Domain Name Ownership

The domain name registered during the Free Trial is set up in the name of and managed by Webstreet Solutions as part of the trial package. Upon successful enrollment into a paid plan following the Trial Period, the domain becomes a fully managed component of the Client's ongoing service. If the Client elects not to continue after the Trial Period, the domain shall remain the property of Webstreet Solutions.

5. Automatic Enrollment After Trial

Upon expiry of the Trial Period, the Client's account will automatically enroll into the paid monthly plan corresponding to the plan selected during sign-up, at the monthly rate published at the time of enrollment. The Client will be notified by email no less than fourteen (14) days prior to the end of the Trial Period.

6. Cancellation Policy

The Client may cancel at any time before Day 150 of the Trial Period by providing written notice to inquiry@webstreet.solutions. Upon timely cancellation, the Client will incur no charges whatsoever. Cancellation after auto-enrollment will be subject to the standard terms of the monthly subscription.

7. Client Obligations

The Client agrees to: (a) provide accurate business information required to build the website; (b) respond to Webstreet Solutions within a reasonable timeframe for review and approval of design and content; (c) use the services for lawful business purposes only; and (d) not attempt to resell or sublicense any part of the services provided.

8. Intellectual Property

All website designs, templates, and technical infrastructure created during the Trial Period remain the intellectual property of Webstreet Solutions until the Client transitions to a paid plan. Upon enrollment and continued payment, design ownership transfers to the Client.

9. Limitation of Liability

Webstreet Solutions shall not be held liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the trial services. The Service Provider's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client in the preceding billing period.

10. Privacy & Data

Information provided by the Client shall be used solely for the purpose of delivering the agreed services. Webstreet Solutions will not sell or share client data with third parties without written consent, except as required by law.

11. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from this Agreement shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in Cebu City, Philippines.

12. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties with respect to the Free Trial and supersedes all prior communications, representations, or agreements. Any modification must be in writing and signed by both parties.
