WEBSTREET SOLUTIONS

This Free Trial Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between WEBSTREET SOLUTIONS and the undersigned client.

1. Scope of Free Trial
   • Web Essential Plan for four (4) months
   • Services included
   • FREE one (1) ".com" domain
   • One (1) box of calling cards
   • Business listing inclusion
2. Client Obligations
   • The Client shall provide proof of billing (photocopy of utility bills such as electricity or internet) as part of enrollment.
   • The Client agrees to comply with all usage policies and guidelines set forth by the Provider.
3. Transition to Paid Services
   • At the end of the Free Trial period, the Client may elect to continue services under the ESSENTIAL subscription plan.
   • If the Client does not elect to continue, services will be suspended, and the domain will be released back to the Provider.
4. Termination
   • The Provider reserves the right to terminate the Free Trial immediately if the Client misuses the services or fails to comply with the Agreement.
   • Either party may terminate the Free Trial with written notice before the end of the trial period.
5. Limitation of Liability
   • The Provider shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of Free Trial services.
   • Services are provided “as is” during the trial period without warranty of any kind.
6. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
By signing below, the Client acknowledges and agrees to the terms of this Free Trial Agreement.
